Taking time for you in 3 simple steps


In a world where we are constantly busy with everyday tasks, it's easy to tell yourself that you don't have time for you things but with a few tips, you will find that not only do you have time but that, that time can improve your day exponentially.


Step 1.

Write a list of creative things if you had time you would love to do, for example your list could include:- writing a short story, setting up a blog, drawing, dancing, yoga.

Step 2.

Have a think and determine whether you are a morning, afternoon or night person.

Step 3.

Designate 10 minutes in that time slot for you and the very next day pick one of the things on your list. Spend just 10 minutes doing whatever thing on your list you feel like in that particular moment.  Each day repeat and it doesn't have to be the same thing, one day you might start learning how to set up a blog and the next you might decide to start a drawing.

That's it, the idea is to have fun and take back a little bit of your day for you, I promise you it will do you the world of good.
